Make the Sauce

Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well, allowing the beef to absorb the flavors and slightly caramelize.
Add green onion, sesame oil and sesame seeds
Turn off the heat and stir in sliced green onions, sesame oil and sesame seeds. This adds freshness, aroma, and texture without overcooking them.

Assemble the Bowl and Side Dishes
Spoon warm rice into bowls and top with the seasoned beef. Arrange your side dishes around the bowl, such as Korean zucchini salad, bean sprout salad, sauteed carrots, sauteed spinach, or kimchi. Finish with optional toppings like a fried egg, extra sesame seeds, or chili paste, and serve warm.

When ready to eat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and microwave for about 1 minute, or until heated through. Top with a freshly fried egg before serving.

No additional salt was added to this recipe. The soy sauce provides enough seasoning. Aftr mixing all the ingredients, taste and adjust salt if needed.
