Hi, I am Juby – wife, mom of four, and the heart behind Savor and Heal.

My journey into whole food cooking began when one of my kids developed a food sensitivity. Overnight, mealtime became a challenge. I spent hours reading labels. searching for recipes, and learning what ingredients to avoid. It wasn’t easy at first. But, somewhere between experimenting in the kitchen and finding creative swaps, I discovered a love for cooking I never knew I had.

What started as a way to care for my family soon became something deeper. I began to see food not just as nourishment, but as a form of healing. The more I cooked from scratch, the more connected I felt – to the ingredients, to the process, and to the people I love.

Savor and Heal is my space to share that journey. To inspire others to slow down, cook with intention, and enjoy food that truly makes you feel good. Every recipe here comes from my kitchen, made with real ingredients and a whole lot of love.
